Don't size teams, size loops

Most engineering leaders Pragmatic Engineer talked to agree there will be fewer builders and smaller teams. How does that change our understanding of a team and the roles that we’ve come to depend on? More importantly, how have feedback loops that were administered by frameworks like Scrum shift when agents do the grunt of the work.
